One of Cayman’s leading law firms is recruiting for a high-calibre 3-5 PQE Transactional Lawyer to join its Funds & Corporate team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a 3-5 PQE lawyer to join a highly established offshore practice. This law firm is regarded of the Cayman Islands’ leading legal and corporate services providers and it has solidified its reputation as a premier international law firm.

As the successful Funds Associate, you would be in a key contract for clients, working in a high-volume transactional role with some of the world’s largest financial institutions and onshore law firms. You will be dealing with a variety of quality, cross-border funds and corporate-related matters, including:

• A variety of funds transactions, including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital and mutual funds;
• Related corporate transactions such as investments and disposals;
• Corporate Governance and Financial Regulatory compliance. 

You should have around 3-5 years’ PQE, admitted in a commonwealth jurisdiction (namely within the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the Cayman Islands), have excellent academics and corporate or funds experience within a leading law firm.

The firm could offer the successful candidate a tax-free salary between US$165,000-190,000, annual bonus and other generous benefits. A relocation package is also available if necessary.
