The Agency has partnered with a global law firm in search of an experienced Paralegal to join the firm’s Investment Funds practice.

This position is an integral part of the firm’s Investment Funds practice, providing reliable legal support to attorneys at all levels of seniority. This international law firm’s client portfolio includes many of the world’s top onshore law firms, institutional and non-institutional fund managers, as well as high net worth individuals.

As the successful Paralegal, you would be assisting with day-to day management and administration of a portfolio of active funds, preparing company and partnership incorporations, drafting a variety of legal documents, attending board meetings, conducting legal research, drafting opinions, making regulatory filings and maintaining and collating a legal records.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years’ previous paralegal experience.
• Previous experience in working within a funds practice would be highly advantageous.
• A recognized paralegal qualification or law degree.
• Ability to work as part of a team and coach junior team members.
• Strong organisational skills and use of initiative.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

  

The remuneration for this opportunity is US$80,000 – 120,000 large bonus potential. You would also receive premium healthcare coverage and a long list of other ancillary benefits.
